What you will do

• Provide functional management for the Trading Services desk during overnight hours.
• Oversee and support junior analysts in daily operations and incident management.
• Troubleshoot client connectivity issues, including firewall and session configurations.
• Research and resolve technical and trading inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Apply AI-driven thinking to improve standard operating procedures and service workflows.
• Support user acceptance testing for new products and exchange services.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Must be able to work the overnight shift (8pm-4am EST).
• Undergraduate degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Preference for Series 7 or Series 24 certification, or willingness to pass SIE within 5 months.
