hirify.global is a mobile-first fintech company building a new credit system that uses real-time financial signals to provide fair access to credit for working people.

What you will do

  • Own the Mexico financial plan, including annual budgets, quarterly updates, and long-range forecasting.
  • Define and track KPIs to connect financial outcomes with operational execution.
  • Develop scalable reporting frameworks and dashboards for real-time business health visibility.
  • Analyze portfolio, credit, and customer performance trends to improve unit economics and growth.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to reduce operational friction and improve scalability.
  • Partner with Product, Credit, Marketing, and Capital Markets teams to drive company goals.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in strategic finance, business operations, management consulting, or investment banking.
  • Strong financial modeling skills, including forecasting, scenario analysis, and credit modeling.
  • Deep understanding of customer unit economics such as CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
  • English and Spanish proficiency: C1 level required for both.
  • Must be based in Mexico.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools and SQL proficiency.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with AI tools and interest in applying them to operational workflows.
  • Experience in high-ownership, ambiguous environments.
