Location: Menlo Park, California, United States; in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Base pay: $221,000–$260,000 USD in Zone 1; $195,000–$229,000 USD in Zone 2; $173,000–$203,000 USD in Zone 3, plus bonus opportunities, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Source growth-stage private-company investment opportunities through networks of venture capital firms, founders, and secondary markets.
• Lead financial and operational diligence and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Support negotiation and closing of complex transactions.
• Manage the investment lifecycle from sourcing and evaluation through investment committee materials and portfolio engagement.
• Test and implement AI-powered systems for deal sourcing, diligence, and portfolio monitoring.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, finance, and product teams to support fund operations and scalability.

Requirements

• Experience investing in growth-stage or pre-IPO technology companies through venture capital, growth equity, or private equity.
• Strong active network within the technology and AI ecosystem, including founders and venture capital investors.
• Proven ability to conduct investment diligence and identify high-quality companies.
• Experience working within a high-performing investment fund and understanding established operational standards.
• Ability to build or implement AI-driven systems that improve investment workflows.
• Interest in developing junior talent and strengthening team capabilities.
