Location: Full remote possible anywhere in France

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of 150+ mid-market clients ranging from 100 to 2,500 employees.
- Identify and execute renewal and upsell opportunities through automated campaigns and structured outreach.
- Segment and prioritize accounts using scalable tiering strategies.
- Collaborate with Client Success Partners, RevOps, and Marketing to optimize customer engagement.
- Analyze customer usage data to proactively identify expansion opportunities and mitigate churn risks.
- Build and optimize repeatable playbooks to improve portfolio performance at scale.
Requirements
- Must be based in France.
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, BDR, or a sales-related revenue generation role.
- Proven professional experience within the SaaS industry.
- Experience working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
- Native French and fluent English (B2+) proficiency.
- Strong active listening and verbal/written communication skills.
