Location: Full remote possible anywhere in France

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of 150+ mid-market clients ranging from 100 to 2,500 employees.
  • Identify and execute renewal and upsell opportunities through automated campaigns and structured outreach.
  • Segment and prioritize accounts using scalable tiering strategies.
  • Collaborate with Client Success Partners, RevOps, and Marketing to optimize customer engagement.
  • Analyze customer usage data to proactively identify expansion opportunities and mitigate churn risks.
  • Build and optimize repeatable playbooks to improve portfolio performance at scale.

Requirements

  • Must be based in France.
  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, BDR, or a sales-related revenue generation role.
  • Proven professional experience within the SaaS industry.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
  • Native French and fluent English (B2+) proficiency.
  • Strong active listening and verbal/written communication skills.
