What you will do

  • Build and nurture relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders at global financial institutions.
  • Collaborate with internal product, delivery, and marketing teams to design enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Lead high-stakes negotiations for multi-million-dollar SaaS contracts.
  • Serve as the voice of the client to influence hirify.global product roadmaps and solution strategies.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to drive account expansion and profitability.
  • Represent hirify.global as a trusted advisor, staying ahead of industry trends in analytics and decisioning.

Requirements

  • Proven success in managing strategic relationships with senior executives in large financial institutions.
  • Track record of closing complex, multi-million-dollar deals, including SaaS-based solutions.
  • Deep familiarity with banking, credit risk, fraud prevention, or consumer lending.
  • Ability to craft and execute joint business plans aligned with client and company objectives.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 50% for client partnerships and face-to-face interactions.
  • Strong soft skills and a team-oriented mindset focused on collaboration.
