What you will do

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies for a portfolio of banking accounts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline management to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Translate complex financial institution and end-client requirements into tailored hirify.global solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across transaction, trade, and investment banking divisions.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management within Salesforce.
  • Drive revenue growth through new account acquisition and renewal cycles.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in financial services, SaaS, or fintech working with large global banks or financial institutions.
  • Experience managing strategic accounts or partnerships with Tier-1 institutions.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a history of owning revenue targets and complex deal cycles.
  • Executive presence and high-level presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage full sales cycles from prospecting to contract negotiation.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working in team-oriented environments.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience working with or for a Tier-1 global transaction bank.
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or platform environment with FI partnerships.
  • Global exposure across EMEA, NORAM, or APAC regions.
