Salary: €93,350.00 - €118,062.50 per year (base)

What you will do
- Develop the commercial relationship and acquisition strategy for a portfolio of financial institution accounts.
- Translate FI and end-client needs into solutions and commercial constructs (trade products, cash modules via white-label/embedded finance).
- Build and maintain executive and senior stakeholder relationships across Coverage, Transaction, Trade, and Investment Banks, plus technology and product counterparts.
- Own ACV/CARR, pipeline, and forecast for assigned accounts.
- Maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce.com with disciplined pipeline management and opportunity progression.
Requirements
- Experience in financial services, SaaS, or fintech selling to large global banks or financial institutions.
- Proven track record managing strategic/global accounts or partnerships with Tier-1 institutions (transaction banking, trade, markets, or treasury-adjacent).
- Experience running full sales cycles (prospecting through contract negotiation and close) and renewal cycles.
- Strong commercial acumen with ownership of revenue targets, pipeline, and complex deal cycles.
- Executive presence and ability to present to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborative team player.
Nice to have
- Direct experience with or for a Tier-1 global transaction bank.
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS or platform environment with FI partnerships or channels.
- Global exposure across EMEA, NORAM, and/or APAC, with demonstrated ability to work across time zones and cultures.
