Market Consultant (Fintech): Building and deepening long-standing partnerships with intermediary clients to increase holdings of investment products with an accent on insurance market penetration and strategic sales planning. Location: Must be based in Nashville, Tennessee. Role requires a hybrid work schedule with at least four days per week in the office.

Salary: $65,000–$70,000 per year.

What you will do

• Develop and implement sales and retention strategies to enhance market penetration within the insurance sector.
• Build and deepen partnerships with Centers of Influence (COI) and key investment decision-makers.
• Conduct effective group and individual practice management and capital market presentations.
• Partner with strategic accounts and internal teams to align business strategies and overcome challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of client activity and interactions to ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Execute strategic travel rotations to cover boutique firms and clients in various geographic locations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience with a focus on marketing insurance products.
• Active Series 7 and 63 licenses are required.
• Strong understanding of the competitive landscape, including VA, FIA, and structured products.
• Exceptional public speaking and interpersonal skills for high-level client engagement.
• Undergraduate degree in business or a related field.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans with a growth-oriented mindset.

• CIMA, CFP, CFA, or CAIA designation.
