TL;DR
Market Consultant (Fintech): Building and deepening long-standing partnerships with intermediary clients to increase holdings of investment products with an accent on insurance market penetration and strategic sales planning. Focus on positioning investment strategies, conducting capital market presentations, and managing complex client relationships across the US.
Location: Must be based in Nashville, Tennessee. Role requires a hybrid work schedule with at least four days per week in the office.
Salary: $65,000–$70,000 per year.

What you will do
- Develop and implement sales and retention strategies to enhance market penetration within the insurance sector.
- Build and deepen partnerships with Centers of Influence (COI) and key investment decision-makers.
- Conduct effective group and individual practice management and capital market presentations.
- Partner with strategic accounts and internal teams to align business strategies and overcome challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of client activity and interactions to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Execute strategic travel rotations to cover boutique firms and clients in various geographic locations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience with a focus on marketing insurance products.
- Active Series 7 and 63 licenses are required.
- Strong understanding of the competitive landscape, including VA, FIA, and structured products.
- Exceptional public speaking and interpersonal skills for high-level client engagement.
- Undergraduate degree in business or a related field.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans with a growth-oriented mindset.

- CIMA, CFP, CFA, or CAIA designation.
