What you will do

• Support and assist Sales Directors in maintaining and developing key relationships within the regional territory.
• Build and cultivate new business opportunities with advisors, brokers, consultants, and third-party administrators.
• Develop and execute annual marketing plans to increase sales and brand awareness.
• Identify decision-maker needs and provide tailored product enhancements and services.
• Deliver professional presentations to financial stakeholders and industry leaders.
• Partner with internal representatives to promote the full suite of company capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-5 years of internal or external sales experience within the Retirement Plan or Investment industry.
• FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses required.
• State Life and Health insurance license required.
• Proven ability to lead and manage territory development.
• Ability to travel 75% of the time to support a multi-state territory.
