What you will do

• Promote and sell the Voya Employee Benefit product line to brokers and consultants.
• Manage the full sales cycle and renewal process for assigned accounts.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with 3rd parties, broker-dealers, and direct clients.
• Develop sales strategies for employers with 200-5,000 employees.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver unique solutions that meet customer expectations.

Requirements

• Must be located within a 50-mile radius of the Minneapolis office.
• 7+ years of sales or marketing success in the employee benefits industry.
• Proven track record of sales success with brokers and consultants.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data for problem-solving.
• Openness to travel within the assigned territory.
