Salary: $71,300 - $124,500 USD (plus commission)

What you will do

• Lead enterprise-level technical discovery sessions with CTOs, CIOs, and IT leadership.
• Design and prototype complex API integrations and AI-powered workflows.
• Collaborate with sales and solution architects to align product capabilities with customer needs.
• Influence product roadmaps by translating market insights and customer feedback into actionable requirements.
• Represent the company's AI strategy in executive and technical forums.
• Maintain technical documentation and manage CRM entries in Salesforce.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (pre-sales, implementation, or consulting).
• Hands-on experience with AI implementations, including LLM/RAG and agent workflows.
• Proficiency in REST API integration, cloud data platforms (Azure preferred), and data pipelines.
• Ability to travel 25%-40% for customer engagements and architectural discussions.
• Strong understanding of tax and accounting concepts or professional services domain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• CPA certification or comparable professional services experience.
• Experience with agentic coding tools like Claude Code or GitHub Copilot.
