What you will do

• Drive end-to-end sales activities, including pipeline development, client acquisition, and account growth.
• Lead consultative sales engagements to position data-driven solutions and research services to key clients.
• Build and manage long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and upsell opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets and sales KPIs for sustainable business growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, analytics, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing complex deals.
• Strong understanding of Japanese market dynamics and client expectations.
• Ability to translate data and insights into business value propositions.
• Location: Must be based in Tokyo, Japan
• English: Business-level proficiency preferred
