Salary: $57,400–$76,400 USD

What you will do
- Support mechanical aspects of capital projects, operations, and infrastructure assessments at various facilities.
- Perform field services work, including shutdown and maintenance outage inspections on plant systems.
- Conduct equipment condition assessments, plant performance testing, and incident investigations using RCA methodologies.
- Develop piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&ID’s), technical drawings, and work scopes for upgrade projects.
- Evaluate mechanical design concepts, perform calculations, and support bid evaluations and commissioning.
- Collaborate with engineering, projects, and operations leadership throughout the two-year development program.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Process or Mechanical Engineering required.
- Must be able to work onsite in Rochester, MA or Haverhill, MA.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience, including internships or co-ops.
- Basic knowledge of how AI tools work in industrial environments.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite and strong technical communication skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time for site visits.
