What you will do

• Review customer RFQs and specifications to identify appropriate product offerings to meet customer goals.
• Prepare budgets and technical proposals for all Pneumatic Conveying & Air Pollution Control products.
• Perform process engineering and equipment sizing calculations to ensure appropriate specifications.
• Generate bills of material, estimates, technical datasheets, P&IDs, and project schedules.
• Collaborate with vendors for cost estimates and with designers to create general arrangement drawings.
• Travel to customer sites to provide technical support for pre-bid meetings and proposal presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the design of heavy industrial equipment.
• Prior experience in design and cost-estimating of industrial process equipment.
• Must be based in Eugene, OR, US for office-based work.

Nice to have

• Experience in global project environments.
• Experience with digital engineering tools like ACC & CAD.
