What you will do

• Partner with sales teams to discover customer requirements and align solutions to business needs.
• Deliver high-impact product demonstrations to prospective enterprise clients.
• Assist in developing RFP responses and participate in Proof of Value (POV) evaluations.
• Communicate strategic business value to non-technical stakeholders including HR, Finance, and Risk Management.
• Provide actionable feedback to Product Management based on customer interactions and market needs.
• Build and maintain technical collateral to support the broader sales organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience as a pre-sales technical resource in an enterprise software (B2B) company.
• Working knowledge of technical infrastructure including web services, databases, virtualization, and directories.
• Conversant in modern SaaS architecture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience with Identity, Governance, and Access Management (IGA) solutions.
• Familiarity with Java, XML, LDAP, SQL, JSON, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA, NERC-CIP, GDPR, and CCPA.
