TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States

Compensation: $130,000–$145,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Solution Engineers.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to qualify opportunities and improve deal quality.
  • Oversee technical discovery, solution design, and validation to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
  • Identify and communicate product-market fit gaps to the Product team.
  • Establish best practices for demos, proofs-of-concept, and technical presentations.
  • Manage resource allocation to maximize win rates, deal velocity, and overall sales impact.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or pre-sales technical roles within a SaaS environment.
  • 3–5+ years of people management experience leading technical or pre-sales teams.
  • Must be located in the United States.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS architectures, integrations, and enterprise workflows.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20–40% for customer engagements and industry events.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CMMS/CAFM platforms or facilities-related solutions.
  • Familiarity with modern demo tools and data environments.
