Compensation: $130,000–$145,000 OTE

What you will do
- Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Solution Engineers.
- Partner with Sales leadership to qualify opportunities and improve deal quality.
- Oversee technical discovery, solution design, and validation to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
- Identify and communicate product-market fit gaps to the Product team.
- Establish best practices for demos, proofs-of-concept, and technical presentations.
- Manage resource allocation to maximize win rates, deal velocity, and overall sales impact.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or pre-sales technical roles within a SaaS environment.
- 3–5+ years of people management experience leading technical or pre-sales teams.
- Must be located in the United States.
- Strong understanding of SaaS architectures, integrations, and enterprise workflows.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20–40% for customer engagements and industry events.
Nice to have
- Experience with CMMS/CAFM platforms or facilities-related solutions.
- Familiarity with modern demo tools and data environments.
