What you will do

• Collaborate with sales teams to execute targeted account penetration strategies.
• Design and champion complex people-centric security solutions across the hirify.global portfolio.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concept assessments for customers.
• Provide technical insights to Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
• Support and enable channel distributors and resellers.
• Assist in professional services deployments and industry seminars as needed.

Requirements

• Fluent Italian and English language proficiency required.
• Proven hands-on experience as a Sales/Systems Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or Security Engineer.
• Experience in cybersecurity domains such as secure messaging, data security, or network security.
• Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Exposure to enterprise email solutions (e.g., O365, G-Suite) or IT security operations.
• Ability to travel occasionally for business needs.

Nice to have

• Experience with directory services (Active Directory, Azure AD) and identity providers.
• Knowledge of email authentication protocols like SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO, MITRE, or NIST.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP or CCSP.
