What you will do
- Collaborate with sales teams to execute targeted account penetration strategies.
- Design and champion complex people-centric security solutions across the portfolio.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concept assessments for customers.
- Provide technical insights to Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
- Support and enable channel distributors and resellers.
- Assist in professional services deployments and industry seminars as needed.
Requirements
- Fluent Italian and English language proficiency required.
- Proven hands-on experience as a Sales/Systems Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or Security Engineer.
- Experience in cybersecurity domains such as secure messaging, data security, or network security.
- Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Exposure to enterprise email solutions (e.g., O365, G-Suite) or IT security operations.
- Ability to travel occasionally for business needs.
Nice to have
- Experience with directory services (Active Directory, Azure AD) and identity providers.
- Knowledge of email authentication protocols like SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO, MITRE, or NIST.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP or CCSP.
