Salary: $127,630 - $191,200 per annum

What you will do

• Lead post-silicon validation, characterization, and debug of high-speed Ethernet and PHY interface IPs.
• Perform comprehensive Ethernet protocol compliance and standards validation (IEEE 802.3/802.1Q).
• Design and maintain Python-based automation frameworks for functional and regression testing.
• Integrate automated test execution into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Develop bare-metal embedded test software in C/C++ for network processor ASIC SoCs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex system-level issues and support customer deployments.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5–15 years or Master’s/PhD with 3–10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Deep expertise in Ethernet Physical Layer technologies (Layer 1 and Layer 2) including SerDes, PCS, and MAC.
• Hands-on experience with networking lab equipment such as traffic generators, protocol analyzers, and oscilloscopes.
• Strong programming expertise in C or equivalent low-level networking languages.
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills for complex silicon and system-level interoperability issues.
