Sales Compensation Analyst

What you will do

• Support the monthly producer compensation process and ensure timely execution.
• Validate and audit commission data to maintain high standards of compliance and accuracy.
• Research and resolve compensation-related inquiries from producers.
• Assist with month-end reporting, analysis, and ad-hoc data requests.
• Provide policy guidance and training to internal stakeholders regarding compensation procedures.
• Support the integration and onboarding of new acquisitions into the compensation framework.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales compensation or a related analytical role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with various organizational levels.
