What you will do
- Partner with Sales Finance, HR, Legal, and Sales Leadership to design effective compensation plans and performance measures.
- Develop and guide quota assignments based on forecasts to ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Analyze compensation performance, attainment trends, and ROI to provide actionable business insights.
- Manage compensation operations, including reporting for payout processing and resolving exceptions.
- Track incentive performance and recommend program improvements to increase effectiveness.
- Lead audits of compensation attainment and process compliance to ensure accuracy.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Compensation.
- Expertise in sales analytics, performance management, and related operations disciplines.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel.
- Proven ability to solve complex problems and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
