Salary: $79,400 - $112,175

What you will do
- Serve as the primary contact for high-net-worth employee shareholders, delivering proactive and personalized client service.
- Provide guidance on the vesting, exercising, and taxation of equity awards, including RSUs, stock options, performance awards, SARs, and ESPPs.
- Conduct targeted client outreach based on vesting schedules, life events, and corporate campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to connect shareholders with wealth advisory and financial planning teams.
- Maintain strict compliance with FINRA, SEC, and internal corporate standards.
- Mentor team members and continuously refine communication strategies to improve the shareholder experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 required; Series 65 (or 66) must be obtained within corporate timelines.
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP®) Level 1 required (or obtainable within 6–12 months of hire).
- 3–5 years of experience in equity compensation, financial services, or advisory roles supporting high-net-worth clients.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No sponsorship available).
- Ability to work shifts between 8am – 8pm EST.
