What you will do

• Review SEC filings and proxy statements to maintain data integrity regarding executive compensation.
• Verify the application of client voting policies and prepare detailed summaries of voting outcomes.
• Act as a subject-matter expert to develop and refine client policies and methodologies.
• Communicate complex compensation concepts and analytical results to clients and company representatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote thought leadership in corporate governance.
• Utilize analytical tools and models to conduct quantitative and qualitative assessments.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in executive compensation or corporate governance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of North American executive compensation practices and corporate disclosures.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
