Salary: $90,000–$140,000 Annually

What you will do

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with assigned suppliers to meet business requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance and proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Manage purchase orders to ensure accurate and verified delivery information.
• Lead problem-solving activities to resolve issues affecting supplier relationships and performance.
• Expedite supplier deliveries to meet site operational requirements when necessary.
• Support supplier selection, development, and new product introduction (NPI) processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, subcontracts, or engineering.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to visit assigned suppliers.

Nice to have

• Experience in the aerospace industry.
• Certification in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Program Management.
• Engineering or technical background.
• Master’s Degree in Business or Engineering.
• Working knowledge of an MRP system.
