What you will do

• Conduct age-appropriate virtual history and exams, then evaluate, diagnose, and treat conditions across the lifespan.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed and develop/document timely, accurate treatment plans.
• Manage acute, chronic, and mental health conditions for pediatric and adult patients.
• Request consultation or referral with other healthcare providers when appropriate and counsel patients and families on care plans.
• Maintain evidence-based clinical best practices and provide cross-coverage (e.g., reviewing lab results).
• Support scheduling flexibility, including evenings and weekends, based on shift options.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Master’s or Doctoral Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program and prior graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license with maintained Registered Nurse (RN) licensure per state requirements.
• Current national Family Nurse Practitioner certification through AANP or ANCC.
• Active RN compact license and active multi-state licensure (5+ licenses preferred).
• Minimum 3+ years post-training experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings.
• Maintain active Medicare status and be in good standing with Medicare/Medicaid (not excluded from participation in federal health programs).
