Salary: $130,000 – $150,000

What you will do

• Deliver virtual primary care for chronic, preventative, and acute conditions across various geographies.
• Apply evidence-based clinical approaches and maintain expertise in primary care through continuous learning.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Partner with licensing and credentialing teams to maintain and expand multi-state licensure.
• Operate from a private, HIPAA-compliant home office and participate in on-call rotations.

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP).
• Active federal DEA registration and an unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license.
• Active RN compact license and multi-state NP licensure (5+ licenses preferred).
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in primary care.
• Must be based in the US with proficiency in learning new software platforms.

Nice to have

• 10+ active multi-state licenses.
• Previous experience in virtual-based care.
• Experience in Value-Based Care.
