What you will do

  • Provide onboarding guidance and product training to help clients optimize SaaS solutions.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers at Shops and Independent Appraisers.
  • Manage an active pipeline of expansion opportunities and consistently meet or exceed sales and retention quotas.
  • Conduct business reviews and target campaigns to ensure product effectiveness and leadership buy-in.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide customer feedback and act as a product knowledge expert.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the automotive and/or insurance carrier industry.
  • 3+ years of customer account management and sales experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with SaaS products.
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience with Audatex, Qapter, and related ancillary products.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel 5% based on business needs (U.S. and Canada).
