What you will do

  • Diagnose client business challenges and develop tailored eCommerce solutions through proposals and presentations.
  • Lead end-to-end client engagements to achieve revenue targets across assigned accounts.
  • Develop and execute long-term account strategies to identify and capture new business opportunities.
  • Provide forward-looking analysis and forecasts on the Korean eCommerce and retail landscape.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal Product, Analytics, and Commercial teams.
  • Share local eCommerce best practices with global teams to contribute to international growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Proven track record in data-driven sales or selling analytics-based solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the eCommerce industry and account management for major brands.
  • Experience working with consumer panel data, big data, or index-based datasets.
  • Proficiency in English for business and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Practical experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
