What you will do

  • Articulate the value of the hirify.global platform to C-suite decision-makers and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Develop and nurture relationships within assigned territory and accounts to drive new business.
  • Collaborate with partner and marketing teams to define and execute prospecting strategies.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting using Salesforce.
  • Conduct webinars and in-person presentations to generate and qualify leads.
  • Travel as needed to support sales efforts and client engagements.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Seoul, South Korea.
  • Significant experience in enterprise software sales, specifically closing large and complex transactions.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong ability to present to and build relationships with C-suite level contacts.
  • Experience working with partner ecosystems to execute a partner-centric go-to-market approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a team-oriented mindset.
