TL;DR

Strategic Account Manager (Ecommerce): Managing high-impact strategic accounts to drive growth, product adoption, and executive relationships with an accent on commercial strategy and project execution. Focus on coordinating cross-functional workstreams, optimizing account outcomes using AI tools, and navigating high-pressure client conversations.

Location: On-site in New York, NY (minimum 4 days per week in office)

Salary: $175,000 - $325,000 (Total Compensation)

What you will do

  • Own day-to-day strategic account management, driving measurable growth and expansion across multiple products.
  • Coordinate product, commercial, operational, and technical workstreams as a central quarterback for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead account planning and execution through Mutual Action Plans, Joint Business Plans, and QBRs.
  • Build and maintain durable relationships with senior client stakeholders and manage high-stakes conversations.
  • Utilize data analysis and AI-enabled tools to identify growth opportunities and optimize account outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in client success, strategic account management, consulting, or partnerships within fast-paced tech, ecommerce, or payments environments.
  • Strong technical and commercial acumen to lead product conversations and translate complexity into client recommendations.
  • Exceptional program management skills with a proven ability to run concurrent workstreams in ambiguous settings.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence cross-functional partners.
  • Location: Must be based in New York, NY.
