What you will do
- Provide professional inbound customer service to resolve issues related to banking products and services.
- Engage prospective customers via live chat, phone, email, and SMS to guide them through consumer banking services.
- Execute a broad range of financial transactions, including account transfers and debit card disputes, with high accuracy.
- Take ownership of customer concerns to ensure first-point-of-contact resolution.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer customers to internal bank partners through a consultative approach.
- Support business objectives by suggesting improvements to existing processes and procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be work authorized in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in retail, customer service, banking, or contact center environments.
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and screens with speed and accuracy.
- Proficiency in standard corporate tools including MS Office, Teams, and CRM applications.
- Ability to be onsite in Greenville, SC for training and business events.
