What you will do

• Profile new and existing customers and suggest tailored bank products and services.
• Provide exceptional customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Open new accounts with accurate, timely documentation.
• Assist with stop payments, debit card orders, and related customer requests.
• Resolve customer issues, provide prompt feedback, and refer customers to appropriate bank departments.
• Process transactions, maintain accurate records, and safeguard customer information while adhering to regulations and security requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; must be at least 18 years old.
• Prefer 6–12 months of bank teller experience.
• Customer service experience and ability to support cross-selling efforts.
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and follow bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Professionalism and enthusiasm when assisting customers.
