What you will do
- Drive sales with top dealers in high-priority markets, supporting RFPs and competitive bids.
- Act as the central point of contact for assigned dealers, managing training needs and product strategies.
- Partner with dealer sales representatives to develop product mix and identify new customer opportunities.
- Onboard and educate new Dealer associates on the full brand portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal Marketing and support teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Analyze key business metrics including sales, orders, and share of wallet.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of successful contract or capital goods selling experience, preferably as a dealer direct salesperson.
- Proficiency in advanced selling techniques, including consultative and strategic selling.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Houston, TX and travel as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong emphasis on listening.
