What you will do

  • Drive sales with top dealers in high-priority markets, supporting RFPs and competitive bids.
  • Act as the central point of contact for assigned dealers, managing training needs and product strategies.
  • Partner with dealer sales representatives to develop product mix and identify new customer opportunities.
  • Onboard and educate new Dealer associates on the full hirify.global brand portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal Marketing and support teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Analyze key business metrics including sales, orders, and share of wallet.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of successful contract or capital goods selling experience, preferably as a dealer direct salesperson.
  • Proficiency in advanced selling techniques, including consultative and strategic selling.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Houston, TX and travel as needed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong emphasis on listening.
