What you will do

• Monitor state insurance laws and bulletins to assess regulatory impact on products.
• Draft and update policy forms, endorsements, and notices for legal compliance.
• Coordinate and submit rate, rule, and form filings to state insurance departments.
• Partner with underwriting, claims, and product teams to provide regulatory guidance.
• Participate in market conduct exams, regulatory audits, and complaint reviews.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining service standards and deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a regulatory or compliance role.
• US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship).
• Strong regulatory research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

Nice to have

• Insurance industry experience.
• Experience with Personal Lines and ISO.
