Regulatory Compliance Analyst (Insurance)

What you will do

• Support market conduct examinations, regulatory audits, partner audits, complaint reviews, and responses to regulatory inquiries.
• Monitor state insurance laws, regulations, and bulletins and assess their impact across products and jurisdictions.
• Review, draft, and update policy forms, endorsements, notices, and related correspondence.
• Coordinate and submit rate, rule, form, and other filings to state insurance departments.
• Provide regulatory guidance to underwriting, claims, customer service, licensing, and product teams.
• Manage concurrent compliance projects while balancing regulatory requirements with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal degree required; at least two years of comparable regulatory or compliance experience may be considered.
• Strong regulatory research, analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization, time management, judgment, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects under general direction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• US work authorization required; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with legal and regulatory research.
• Insurance industry experience, especially Personal Lines and ISO experience.
