What You'll Do

• Execute risk-based control testing to assess compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Document test plans, execution, and results in governance, risk, and compliance systems for audit readiness.
• Analyze outcomes to identify trends, control gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Produce workpapers and reports communicating findings, risks, and recommendations.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, and business teams to prioritize high-risk areas.
• Support development of testing frameworks and advise on remediation efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years in compliance, risk management, audit, or related field with hands-on control testing experience.
• Experience in regulated environment, interpreting and applying regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and identify risks.
• Experience documenting testing in GRC tools.
• Ability to manage priorities in fast-paced environment; strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
