Business Analyst (Salesforce)

TL;DR

Business Analyst (Salesforce): Facilitating cross-organizational projects by eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements with an accent on bridging the gap between business units and IS teams. Location: Must be based in Toronto/Mississauga, Canada (Hybrid schedule).

Salary: $60,000 – $100,000 CAD.

What you will do

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for cross-organizational projects.
• Act as a liaison between business units and IS teams to translate business and technical requirements.
• Assist with project scope estimation, planning, and requirements prioritization.
• Support Development and QA teams through design and testing phases.
• Coordinate Business Readiness activities for stakeholders.
• Apply BABOK methodology and business analysis best practices to project workflows.

Requirements

• Current work authorization in Canada is required.
• College degree (3-year program) or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of related Business Analyst experience within the financial industry.
• Experience with SDLC, requirement elicitation, and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to self-manage and multitask in a professional environment.

Nice to have

• Salesforce or similar CRM software experience.
• Experience working within an Agile framework or on a Scrum team.
• IIBA, Business Analysis, CSM, or CSPO certification.
