What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into detailed functional and non-functional requirements for AI initiatives.
• Document current and future state business processes to identify gaps and opportunities for AI-driven automation.
• Partner with data engineers and analysts to ensure the availability of high-quality datasets for AI/ML use cases.
• Define KPIs, success measures, and assist in creating data mapping, dashboards, and BI visualizations.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and data dictionaries.
• Support PoCs and pilots for new AI capabilities and facilitate stakeholder reviews to ensure alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within data, analytics, or AI-driven initiatives.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, ETL pipelines, data warehousing, and BI tools.
• Proficiency with SQL, Tableau, Snowflake, Collibra, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Must be located in or able to work from Columbus, OH.

• Prior experience in the insurance industry.
