What you will do

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories to support change delivery.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather insights and define requirements.
• Map business processes, system interactions, and data flows to inform delivery decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and design teams to translate requirements into deliverable solutions.
• Support the creation and prioritization of product backlogs alongside Product Owners.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment across multiple teams and business areas.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Hove, UK
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in complex environments.
• Strong experience working in agile environments using tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Capability in writing user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working closely with development and technical teams.
