What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, define requirements, and align them with the overall product vision.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, workshops, and design sessions to resolve problems and generate ideas.
• Analyze and map complex information flows and user journeys to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Prioritize competing demands and ensure clear communication between business stakeholders and the development team.
• Define KPIs to measure product performance and instill a data-driven approach to development.
• Support the product manager and team in removing blockers and ensuring high-quality, sustainable solutions.

Requirements

• English: C1+ required for daily collaboration and communication.
• Proven experience working successfully in cross-functional agile delivery teams.
• Strong analytical ability to solve complex problems and identify root causes.
• Experience in facilitating groups and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to articulate technical and functional concepts to diverse audiences.
