Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 annually

What you will do
- Lead the global sales strategy for the SaaS portfolio, including Suretrend Cloud and Kleanz Software.
- Drive revenue growth and manage complex sales cycles for enterprise accounts.
- Build and mentor a high-performance sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Partner with customers through a consultative approach to deliver value-added business solutions.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to communicate platform improvements and resolve customer issues.
- Provide market insights to Product Managers to improve solution offerings.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B software sales experience, with at least 5 years in SaaS leadership.
- Proven track record of achieving multi-million-dollar ARR and managing complex sales cycles.
- Strong knowledge of food safety testing operations and regulatory frameworks (FDA, USDA, ISO/IEC 17025).
- Familiarity with SaaS architectures, data integration (ERP/LIMS/API), and analytics dashboards.
- Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in Business, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Engineering.
- Experience with software implementations and customer onboarding.
- Basic website development or WordPress understanding.
