Senior Technical Engagements & Knowledge Management Lead (Knowledge Management): Overseeing knowledge management strategy, content coordination, and FVEY engagement for a JHTS program with an accent on IC/DoW collaboration and executive support. Focus on developing program catalogues, coordinating senior-level briefings, and managing high-visibility mission reporting.

Location: Reston, VA. Must be a U.S. Citizen and hold an active U.S. Government security clearance at the TS/SCI level with CI Poly.

Salary: $118,000 - $172,700 annually

What you will do

• Develop and maintain program FVEY spaces, project catalogues, and reporting documentation.
• Coordinate and host annual FVEY events and periodic meetings for program Co-Leads.
• Facilitate senior-level engagements and collaboration across the DoW, IC, and FVEY partners.
• Produce Year-End reports and draft annual program overview briefs in coordination with other PMOs.
• Provide executive support to the Customer Co-Lead, including calendar and complex travel management.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Poly are mandatory.
• Experience collaborating across IC and DoW on cross-agency initiatives.
• Proficiency in the administration and maintenance of Confluence pages.
• Ability to independently anticipate and meet priorities to support Agency objectives.
• Strong attention to detail and experience in building positive partnerships with leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Defense Travel System and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Experience working with U.S. Commands.
