What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of initiatives including scoping, planning, execution, and risk management.
• Lead discovery exercises and drive implementation across commercial and product functions.
• Translate high-level priorities into structured, actionable delivery plans.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track initiative progress and performance.
• Provide clear, reliable status reporting to senior leadership and the CEO Office.
• Collaborate with counterpart PMs to align activity streams with the wider program portfolio.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in a technology-centric environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence peers and leaders.
• Structured thinking and clear communication skills to distill complexity into crisp plans.
• Ability to operate as an individual contributor in a high-expectation environment.
• Native or fully fluent professional-level English required.
• Background in AdTech, digital media, or product/platform environments is highly desirable.
