TL;DR

Manager, PMO (Global): Leading Technical Project Managers and driving enterprise technology and application deployment initiatives across our global data center footprint with an accent on project execution, alignment with business objectives, and adherence to best practices. Focus on managing and mentoring a team of TPMs while driving continuous improvement in PMO processes.

Location: Based in Denver, CO, following our flexible work policy (3 days in-office, 2 days flexible).

Salary: $150,000 - $160,000 Base + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of TPMs, providing guidance and career development support.
• Oversee and drive the successful delivery of multiple enterprise applications and technology projects.
• Serve as a key escalation point for project risks, proactively identifying and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Serve as a primary leader in both instilling Organization Change Enablement (OCE) as a core and embedded aspect of all projects.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of PMO methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Monitor and enforce project governance standards to maintain compliance and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of project management experience, with a focus on enterprise technology deployments and application rollouts.
• 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring project managers or cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects across a global organization.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Nice to have

• PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification preferred.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR) is a plus.
