What you will do

• Design and deliver maintenance-focused technical training programs for field and classroom environments.
• Translate SOPs, procedures, and work instructions into practical, field-ready training content.
• Develop instructor-led training, hands-on field exercises, and e-learning modules.
• Conduct field assessments and practical evaluations to verify employee capability and competency.
• Partner with operations and engineering to identify skill gaps and standardize maintenance practices across operations.
• Maintain accurate training records and workforce readiness status using systems such as KPA Flex.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Midland, Texas.
• 10+ years of experience in maintenance, mechanical, electrical, or related technical fields.
• Experience in oil & gas, power generation, or similar industrial environments.
• Strong proficiency in computer skills and technical writing.
• Proven experience delivering training or leading field-based instruction.

Nice to have

• Technical degree or professional certification.
• Familiarity with learning management systems and field-based tools (e.g., KPA Flex).
