Location: USA (NV, Las Vegas)

Salary: $160,000 - $180,000

What you will do

  • Own full P&L accountability for player tracking and loyalty products, including revenue growth, cost management, margin optimization, forecasting, and long-term financial performance.
  • Lead product vision and a multi-year roadmap for player tracking and loyalty platforms aligned to core gaming system strategy.
  • Drive the full lifecycle from concept and business case through development, launch, optimization, and end-of-life decisions.
  • Partner with Software Engineering, Architecture, and UX to deliver scalable, secure, and regulatory-compliant capabilities across physical and digital touchpoints.
  • Develop monetization strategies (pricing models, packaging, and go-to-market) to maximize adoption and lifetime value.
  • Use data, analytics, and ROI modeling to prioritize investments and measure product performance; lead and develop a team of Product Managers.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including senior leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated ownership of P&L for enterprise or platform-based products.
  • Deep experience with gaming player tracking, loyalty systems, and core gaming platforms.
  • Proven success delivering complex, highly regulated software products at scale.
  • Experience integrating loyalty and player engagement systems across physical and digital channels.
  • Knowledge of gaming regulations, compliance frameworks, and security best practices.
