What you will do

• Lead product features from concept through release and post-launch.
• Build new multiplayer social and/or solo minigames to expand players’ gameplay experiences.
• Translate high-level ideas into detailed, well-designed features.
• Create and maintain clear, concise game specs for the full team.
• Partner with design and UX to ensure designs and specs align with player needs, franchise strategy, and business goals.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, engineers, analysts, and producers; provide timely feedback and implementation details as needed.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the US and work remotely within the US.
• 5+ years of experience in F2P mobile casual games.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including explaining the “why” to align the team with the product vision.
• Proven project management skills: prioritize high-impact initiatives, manage trade-offs and risks, and ensure quality deliverables.
• Experience leading indirect reports toward shared goals.
• Intermediate statistics and ability to translate product issues into analytics tasks, set hypotheses, interpret data, and visualize results in Excel.
