Salary: $134,534 – $145,126 per year

What you will do

• Implement new monetization features and evolve precise player value propositions.
• Create product design documents outlining behavioral goals, KPI targets, and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with development and data teams to forecast feature outcomes and report post-release performance.
• Monitor webstore revenue daily and pivot LiveOps calendars based on real-time performance data.
• Provide mentorship and direction to monetization and LiveOps managers.
• Identify opportunities for app improvement and assess potential update risks.

Requirements

• Six years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager, or related occupation.
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools including SQL, Tableau, and Excel.
• Experience with A/B or multivariate testing methodologies.
• Proven track record of increasing revenue on live products in gaming, social, or entertainment sectors.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice to have

• Experience with LiveOps tools such as Looker, MODE, Liquid, Grit, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Background in mobile game web portal promotion.
