Salary: $186,000 – $275,000 USD

What you will do
- Develop an integrated monetization strategy across Europe, LATAM, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.
- Build monetization frameworks and GTM playbooks for investment prioritization and launch decisions.
- Model scenario analyses, TAM, ARPU sensitivity, and unit economics in partnership with Finance.
- Serve as the primary commercial strategy partner to the GM of International to connect product and commercial decisions.
- Define and maintain the KPI framework and operating cadence for international commercial performance.
- Influence the CRO and executive team on international strategic direction.
Requirements
- Experience in high-growth consumer apps or consumer technology businesses.
- Proven ownership of pricing and monetization strategy for non-US markets.
- Strong financial foundation with hands-on experience in unit economics, LTV, and CAC modeling.
- Ability to synthesize incomplete data and challenge assumptions in ambiguous environments.
- Executive-level communication skills for narratives delivered to senior leadership.
- Must be based in New York.
Nice to have
- Experience with consumer mobile apps at scale (tens of millions of MAU).
- Exposure to subscription, partnership, or alternative monetization models (telco, ads, etc.).
