Salary: $169,600 – $244,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead product and data analytics teams to analyze competitor KPIs and market trends.
• Develop target KPIs, forecast scenarios, and formulate product theses for games in development and live titles.
• Define audience segments and identify market gaps in collaboration with Research and Marketing teams.
• Establish strategies for beta, soft launch, and global launch phases, including meta game design and monetization.
• Create and build a high-performing team of Product Managers and Analysts to support multiple products.
• Develop strategy frameworks and product assessments for gate reviews to drive portfolio impact.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Three years of experience as a Lead Product Manager or in a related occupation.
• Strong understanding of mobile game monetization, live operations, and LTV optimization.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and develop product strategy.
