Location: Remote (Work from home). Must be located in the US Mid-West or be willing to relocate there.

Salary: $110,600 – $205,400

What you will do

• Provide customer-facing technical expertise for custom IC design, simulation, and layout.
• Develop and demonstrate creative software solutions and flows to solve complex design challenges.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product Engineering, and Sales to ensure customer success and drive product proliferation.
• Conduct technical presentations, training, and benchmarks for hirify.global layout tools.
• Identify sales opportunities and partner with management to develop winning strategies.
• Communicate customer requirements and feedback to internal engineering and marketing teams to improve product quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of practical hands-on experience in simulation and layout for Custom IC Design (Analog, mixed-signal, or RF).
• Experience with hirify.global layout tools, specifically with advanced node (FinFET) geometries.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and productively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be located in the US Mid-West or open to relocation to the region.

Nice to have

• Experience setting up PDKs and using LVS, DRC, EMIR, EM, and parasitic extraction tools.
• Programming and scripting skills in CSH and SKILL.
