TL;DR

What you will do

• Proactively support hirify.global’s AEC PAM4 DSP products and act as the primary interface between customers and hirify.global engineering teams.
• Own and drive customer issues to resolution, including remote or on-site troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Field Application Engineers (FAEs) and Product Line Managers (PLMs) to gather and communicate customer needs to marketing and engineering.
• Review customer schematics and layouts; perform hands-on bring-up and debugging of customer cables; and track technical issues through resolution.
• Support the sales team in securing key design wins with hirify.global AEC cables.
• Support customer lab and field trials and build an in-depth understanding of customer application environments to provide technical guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 0–2 years of experience (early career).
• Experience with C and Python.
• Strong understanding of analog and digital circuits and system-level hardware.
• Proficiency using lab equipment such as high-speed oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic/protocol analyzers, and traffic generators.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Salary: $94,160–$141,000 per year (USD)
